First we compile a job requirements profile geared to our clients’ needs. In order to present suitable candidates we compare these requirements with existing professional profiles in our extensive applicant data bank, conducting a portfolio search on the internet, identifying possible candidates and contacting them by a defined process. The direct search is supported additionally by job advertisements on the internet. Naturally discretion and the confidential treatment of our clients’ personnel projects are guaranteed.
Prospective candidates are interviewed initially via telephone or personally following an analysis procedure developed by Wittker + Partner. All compiled information complemented by statements of reference will be presented to our clients in a professional candidate profile.
Our philosophy at all times is to treat our clients, partners and employees with integrity both internally and externally creating professionalism in our approach and transparency during the consulting process.
We coordinate, organise and accompany resulting personal meetings and interviews of selected candidates on site, in addition supporting contract negotiations or setting up contract documents if required.
Our service fee is based on a pre-defined percentage of the prospective employee’s gross annual salary. In case a placed candidate resigns the position within the first six months of employment we will provide a qualified substitute without further costs.
