In an analysis procedure developed by Wittker + Wittmann, suitable candidates are interviewed by phone or in person. The collected information, supplemented by reference statements, will be prepared for you in a clear candidate profile and made available.

We coordinate the candidates you select for job interviews in your house. These are accompanied by a consultant. Together with you we evaluate the conducted discussions and support you in the contract design and negotiation.
The remuneration of our service is paid over a pre-defined percentage of the gross annual salary per candidate. If, within the first six months, the employment relationship is unexpectedly dissolved, we will provide a replacement without additional costs.
